Organic wines and isolated dishes

It's a shame, really nice restaurant with a nice ambience, an interesting menu, delicious wines and normal prices. Unfortunately there was a lack of service and the quality of the food. The drinks came after the main course and the potato noodles were out of the bag.

Super nice service, great atmosphere and delicious food. Vegan friendly.

The service was incredibly nice, quick and helpful. The ambience is also nice, lots of wood and calm colors and separate rooms so that it doesn't get too loud. The menu is varied, prices are completely okay - there are main courses for less than 10 euros and some are even labeled vegan. Would go every day if we didn't move on tomorrow.

We have been here twice with friends and we are thrilled every time. In addition to the good cuisine of the winery, the long journey from the Schaumburger-Mindener Land was of course also dedicated to buying wine. In the meantime the next generation has taken over the helm, but the quality is still top! The cozy inner courtyard of the winery is also ideal during Corona times, as the appropriate distance is guaranteed. The Hamm family team is attentive and the glasses are always filled. The menu is small but nice. Regardless of whether it was roast beef or Cistercian “bread” or salad, it was super tasty. And something else too. You don't really need to talk about the wines. From the great late harvest to the Pinot Noir in various configurations, everything is available and tastes excellent. I would like to emphasize the excellent marc which rounded off the evening together with an espresso. Summary : Ambience: cozy and stylish Service: very friendly and attentive Price / performance kitchen: absolutely great Price / performance wine: very good Our personal conclusion Together with our friends we drove back with 16 cartons of wine. That probably says everything about wine. We'll definitely be back, and maybe there will be the braised veal cheeks from our previous visit, which I still remember. 🍷

Great food, delicious wines and simply sensational hosts.

Very nice atmosphere, great courtyard. Oh great dining room, Biedermeier half-timbered ambience. Wine a matter of taste, dishes not tried, rather expensive. Spundekäs good but too expensive.

Positive: Nice ambience in the courtyard Negative: Service inattentive, reaction to found hair in the cheese, topping of the vegetarian burger unfortunately only made from two super fatty slices of aubergine, bill had to be requested several times. Unfortunately, price and performance do not match. Three stars because I assume you've only had one bad day. Otherwise only two stars.

Very pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the inner courtyard, extremely tasty wines, and the range of dishes was also very appealing. A house with a lot of tradition that is self-respecting. We recommend.

Excellent wines, especially the rarities in a special atmosphere in the courtyard and self-referenced kiwis. Super friendly hosts, great quality (all organic) also when eating. We took some boxes of wine and happy memories. We will be back!

Very nice winery with a bar. The wines, the courtyard, the ambience are very nice and the Hamms and all the people who work there are really nice and you are served well all round. My tip: the aged wine from the menu and the three tapas :)

Very nice ambience, unfortunately not suitable for hungry cyclists, 14.90 € for three Maultaschen as main course in the price-performance ratio sporty. The pizzeria around the corner is certainly the more suitable alternative for hungry cyclists.

Great winery. Wonderful courtyard. Great kitchen. Warm atmosphere. Great people. We will be back.

~ The Hamm's on it ~ Eco VDP wine? Yes, friends, that works and it's fantastic! Hamm offers everything from simple summer wine to complex Rieslings, Riesling champagne after Champner style, late autumn red wine and experiment wines. Simply exciting! The wines are made with family love and so taste the wines. Joyful grapes.

Friendly service, the food was OK but nothing special! Find the price-performance ratio is not quite OK. The courtyard is very nice.

After yesterday evening, I can only praise the Gutsausschank Hamm. The service was super nice and attentive, the food was also excellent and the wines were delicious. You can feel honest craftsmanship. We had a wonderful birthday.
